A video is now circulating on the internet that shows the fiery death of a young man by the name of “Murray” in the parish of St Thomas.
Murray was a passenger in a minivan that was involved in an accident after someone negligently drove the vehicle he was in.
The driver of the vehicle, Murray, was in spun out of control, and the minivan ran into a wall, injuring the driver, but suddenly burst into flames while Murray was trying his best to escape the crash vehicle.
In the video, Murray hangs out the window because he is trying to escape the burning vehicle but was held back by the seatbelt, eyewitnesses said.
Even though the vehicle was on fire, it wasn’t fully in flames, and bystanders had the time to help Murray, but instead, everyone took their phone out and started recording.
They stand there and watch that young man burn to death. Instead of helping him, luckily, the driver of the vehicle survives with only a broken hand.
Many social media users start to form their own speculations about what they think happened.
Some are saying it’s “voodoo” because why the driver survived, but he didn’t, while others are saying it is because he was in shock and didn’t know how to react in the moment.
