The shocking news of Cushane “CMR” Carter’s arrest for molestation continues to prompt reactions from persons online. Among the reactions that have been flooding the internet since the news broke is now the reaction of his brother, who lashed out at internet users for criticising CMR.
His brother spoke out about the news in a video that has garnered much attention. The video kicks off with the brother recounting that he was informed about the arrest by his friend’s mother, who shared a live stream that was discussing it. He adds that he did not believe the news and sought to confirm the allegations with CMR, but his calls were unanswered.
He then proceeded to contact Julian “Chrissy” Carter, but he had no luck and moved on to contacting Chrissy’s mother. Later, when he got into contact with Chrissy, she did not disclose the details of what happened, only confirming CMR’s arrest for molestation and urging him to pray for his brother.
He proceeds to argue further in the video, blurting out expletives while he refutes the allegations of CMR’s arrest. “You think the man a paedophile? Weh unuh feel like?”
CMR’s brother, clearly frustrated at the internet, agreed that while his brother might have had an affair with his former mistresses, Shani and Kasandra, he did not get involved with anyone underage. On November 2, 2024, Cushane Damiah Carter was arrested by the Apopka Police Department officers for “LEWD/LASCIVIOUS MOLESTATION>=18 (VT 12-15)” in Orange County, Florida, which suggests that the victim might have been a minor. It is said that CMR has since been released from jail on bail.
CMR’s brother also contended that internet users hated the family, hence the reason why they are criticising CMR. His video has prompted a number of internet users to criticise and ridicule him as well.
