A video has gone viral online, showing an AI-generated video of the President of the United States Donald Trump performing a strange intimate act with Elon Musk. The video also took over the TVs at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on Monday, leaving many government employees shocked.
A report from the Daily Mail shared that the television screens in the cafeteria at HUD, an executive department of the federal government, were hacked. The AI-generated video the screens shows Trump kissing billionaire Elon Musk’s feet. The footage featured words that referred to Elon as a king, saying, “Long Live the Real King.”
According to the report, the video was posted online by Vox reporter Rachel Cohen after a source from HUD shared it with her.
A spokesperson for HUD vowed to find the person responsible for the video, stating that the individual, whoever they are in the agency, would take accountability for their actions. The spokesperson expressed that it was “another waste of taxpayer dollars and resources” in a statement to the Daily Mail.
Elon Musk, Trump’s special adviser, has been receiving criticism about his partnership with the president. Musk is also the leader of the Trump administration’s DOGE program. While Musk makes efforts to make government more efficient, his actions have left many government employees irate.
He recently infuriated many government workers when he requested that they inform him of their accomplishments for the past week. The request, sent via email, instructed that the federal employees should send a list of approximately five things they achieved in their work.
Meanwhile, many social media users have responded with a combination of laughter and criticism at the video trolling the president.
“You know damn well this isn’t AI,” one social media user said.
Another commented, “Somebody’s getting fired and going to jail. I hope it was worth it. They are going to be doing this to someone’s toes very soon.”
A third person expressed, “This is so disgusting, democrats are trash.”
