Dancehall artiste Spice seems to have finally responded to RT Boss after he filed a lawsuit against her. The spiritual advisor revealed he filed a lawsuit against Spice several days ago for defamation regarding a statement she made in 2024 that labelled him a paedophile. Spice has not publicly addressed the lawsuit or allegations.
However, during a live stream celebrating her exquisite victory at the Red Bull Culture Clash, Spice reeled out some of her best dubplates and took shots at her rival without directly naming him. Spice indicated that RT Boss was chasing clout, and it would be the death of him. She suggested that he was paying for promotions to be in the spotlight, and he would be spending “money till him bruck when him bl**dcl**t old.”
Spice was seemingly referring to the recent highlight that RT Boss received on Instagram from the renowned news outlet Hollywood Unlock. The outlet sent him birthday wishes and included information about his services in the post. It is unclear if it was a paid promotion, but many Instagram users speculated it was. Before the post, the outlet also posted about the lawsuit that RT Boss has against Spice, which is speculated to be another paid promotion.
“Clout a guh kill da John Crow deh. Dat dog shit, clout a guh kill him. Mi seh him a guh spend money till him bruck when him bl**dcl**t old. All dem promotion weh yah do and all yuh wah yuh name fi show,” she stated in the video, adding that he “kept cool,” he would not need to spend so much money.
Continuing, she expressed that Obeah could not stop her from winning. Spice also said that he needs to use her name to remain relevant and, despite being a spiritual advisor who reportedly performs obeah, he would not use his voodoo to be an important public figure.
“Dem is nothing wid out mi. Dem live pan mi name. How yuh feel to be nobody?… Years pan top a years yuh still is nobody. How yuh feel?…Yuh cyah even Obeah yuh self fi be somebody,” Spice added.
