A big altercation erupted in Seaview Gardens between local TikToker Rosealee and her estranged partner, Jakes, on Sunday night. Residents were forced to step in to prevent the two from fighting after Rosealee showed up at Jake’s hangout spot armed with a knife.
The drama unfolded shortly after Rosealee returned home from an extended stay at an Airbnb with a friend. Hours before she came home, Jakes officially moved out of their shared home. Before leaving, he went live on TikTok, recording the inside of Rosealee’s bedroom.
According to him, the video was meant as proof to protect himself from any claims of damage or theft. However, the move did not sit well with Rosealee, who was later ridiculed by many viewers for having a messy room. The broadcast quickly made rounds online, drawing criticisms.
When Rosealee came home, she was visibly furious as she lashed out at him on a live stream. She did a deep clean and blamed Jakes for the mess, threatening to have him arrested if he ever enters her room again. The situation escalated even further when she discovered that Jakes had reportedly taken their children’s passports, and, even worse, that Jakes had allegedly been intimate with another woman on her bed while she was away. Those claims sent her into an emotional spiral that played out live for her followers to see.
In a fiery broadcast, Rosealee went on a profanity-filled rant, accusing Jakes of various acts and hurling personal insults. She accused him of being a “freak” and made several explicit claims about their intimate relationship, saying she had pleasured him anally with her finger and he participated in a threesome with her and another man. She also alleged that Jakes had performed sexual favours on both her and members of her family at her request.
When her anger reached its peak, Rosealee confronted Jakes in person, shouting insults and accusing him of having a fetish for orally pleasuring women. The altercation was partially captured on live stream, showing Jake lunging toward her with a piece of wood while she insulted him. Residents quickly intervened, separating them before the situation got out of hand.
Another recording shows Rosealee holding a knife. A resident also went live and captured the intense argument in the background. Rosealee was heard exchanging heated words with someone who appeared to be Jake’s mother, who came to his defence. At one point, the TikToker was overheard saying she wanted to stab him in the neck.
Police were eventually called to the scene amid the chaos. Fortunately, no one was hurt, and neither party was taken into custody.
