KipRich has lashed out at critics as he and his partner, Kizzy, face scrutiny over their request for financial help to airlift their premature baby to the United States.
KipRich and Kizzy launched a GoFundMe campaign, explaining that they needed approximately J$40 million to airlift their premature daughter, Miracle, from Colombia to the United States for specialised medical treatment. The fundraising page, which has a target of US$250,000, has already raised over US$90,000.
Criticism exploded after KipRich’s baby mother, Miss Chin, publicly cast doubt on the couple’s story. She questioned whether the baby’s medical emergency was real, pointing to past controversies involving Kizzy.
Those comments opened the floodgates. Soon after, online users began questioning not only the severity of the baby’s condition but, more controversially, whether there was even a baby at all.
The growing scepticism pushed KipRich to angrily respond and show proof of the baby’s existence. In a visibly emotional TikTok live stream, KipRich denied the allegations and said the situation would never have been made public if they were in Jamaica or the United States.
According to him, the only reason details are public is that they are currently stranded in Colombia, where the hospital lacks access to the advanced medical facilities needed to treat their child.
He addressed claims that the story was fabricated, saying rumours had spread so widely that people were contacting others in Colombia, accusing him and Kizzy of scamming. To counter the allegations, KipRich went live from inside the hospital to prove they were telling the truth.

During the livestream, he appeared wearing hospital-issued protective gear, including a disposable gown and hair covering. He explained that phones were not allowed inside the intensive care unit, where the Miracle has remained since birth. However, he sneaked his phone inside and showed the baby’s incubator.
An emotional KipRich questioned what he and his family had done to deserve the public scrutiny. He pointed to his past contributions to families in need, including helping children attend school. He indicated that it was painful to face accusations during such a difficult moment in his life.
When Kizzy appeared in the video, she appeared distressed and mostly silent, while KipRich voiced his frustration and disbelief over the backlash. Kizzy, during a previous live stream, said the situation has left them devastated, and they are hoping God helps them to get through it.
KipRich was booked to perform at a show in Columbia, and Kizzy, who was six months into her pregnancy, accompanied him after receiving approval from her doctor. However, their daughter came unexpectedly, and the premature baby has been receiving medical treatment.
The baby’s health has been progressing well, according to the updates from her parents. Kizzy said her daughter is showing “her strength and will to fight”.
