A female security guard was slapped in the face twice by a bus driver during a heated dispute. The confrontation erupted after the bus driver entered the security post at a gated area without authorisation. The incident, which was captured on two surveillance cameras, occurred at an unknown location on January 26, just minutes before 5:00 p.m. The footage shows moments before and after the confrontation escalated into a physical fight.
Based on the yellow uniform with black accents worn by the guards, they appear to be employees of Quest Security. However, it is unclear which entity the pair was contracted to work for at the time of the incident.
According to the video, at approximately 4:57 p.m., the driver exited his vehicle and entered the security post, where he began arguing with a male security guard. A female guard then approached and seemingly attempted to usher the man outside.
Instead, he allegedly responded by slapping her twice in the face. When he attempted to strike her again, the female guard lunged at him, and the situation quickly turned into a physical struggle. Meanwhile, the male security guard stood nearby as the tussle continued. The man appeared to strike the female guard again while leaving the post, prompting her to grab a broom and go after him.

As the altercation continued near the doorway, another bus operator arrived behind the first bus. The parked bus caused traffic to build up behind it. The struggle continued, and at one point, the man held onto the broomstick while the female guard tried to pull away.

The male guard eventually stepped in, appearing to attempt to de-escalate the situation. The female guard attempted to kick the man as they struggled. Moments later, another man rushed in and successfully helped to separate the two individuals, bringing the confrontation to an end. The bus driver involved in the dispute then returned to his vehicle and drove away.
After the scene calmed, the security guards returned to their post. It remains unclear whether any legal action was taken following the incident, as no official report has been released.
