TikToker Yankee is opening up about his past, his relationship with Annie, and the ongoing controversy surrounding his name in a recent interview. Yankee shared that although he was born in Kingston, he grew up in Miami before being deported to Jamaica. He revealed that he was deported in 2017 at the age of 27, despite being legally in the United States at the time.
According to him, his deportation was unjust. “I was wrongfully deported,” he said during an appearance on The Total Package Show. He explained that his family later sought legal help, and after years of legal proceedings, the case was settled in 2023. Yankee said he now has the option to return to the United States if he chooses.

Yankee also spoke about his legal troubles, revealing that he spent five years incarcerated for burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. He explained that he and his friends would break into unoccupied homes, steal, and vandalise them. Yankee said that after getting caught and doing some time, he was placed on probation, but later violated it, which led to his extended time behind bars. After serving his sentence, he was deported.
Despite the circumstances, he said he was grateful to be out of prison, even though adjusting to life in Jamaica was difficult at first, especially being in what he described as an unfamiliar environment. He also shared that while his father lives in Jamaica, his mother resides in the United States.

On the topic of his relationship with Annie, Yankee admitted that his feelings for her were genuine. He said he was drawn to her because of her “spark” and chose to overlook negative things he saw online about her at the time. However, he denied allegations that he cheated on her, instead claiming that trust issues affected their relationship.
Addressing rumours about a possible pregnancy, he said he is uncertain because Annie has told many lies. “We not communicating right now, and so much lies been told, I don’t know what to believe honestly,” he said, adding that he has no children.

During the interview, Yankee was asked about having threesomes, a question seemingly linked to recent online controversy, and he admitted that he has had multiple such experiences, even hinting at encounters involving more than three people.
He also denied claims made by Brittany Goffe, who alleged that they had a sexual encounter. Yankee rejected the accusation entirely. Turning to the explicit video leaked by Annie, Yankee said he would not deny its authenticity but insisted it had been misinterpreted. He revealed that he struggled emotionally after it was released. He also addressed speculation surrounding a name heard in the video, clarifying that “Jay” was actually a woman, who was either named “Jayeen” or “Jane”.
