Portland Police have shot and killed the suspect wanted in a rape case involving a College of Agriculture, Science and Education (CASE) student earlier this month. A 30-year-old man has been charged after he reportedly molested his stepdaughter and recorded it. The accused was taken into custody by the St. Catherine North police on December 20. Police are investigating allegations that the accused had an inappropriate encounter with his female partner’s seven-year-old child.
