Davaunia Wilson, the mother of Dancehall artiste Lincoln 3Dot’s child, has come forward with a copy of a court order outlining the entertainer’s child support obligations. Wilson took to Instagram Stories on Monday to share a court order demanding that he pay over US$2,700 in child support arrears within 30 days.
She indicated that she hoped fans could bring the order to his attention because he reportedly blocked her. A photograph of the document explained that the obligor, the parent responsible for paying child support, had both financial and employment-related obligations.
First and foremost, the lump sum that he is ordered to pay is intended to reduce the outstanding arrears owed toward child support. Beyond the financial requirement, the court has determined that the obligor is capable of working, despite being unemployed or underemployed.

The order compels the obligor to submit weekly reports to the Department of Revenue over four weeks. Each report must document at least twenty good-faith job search attempts, including company names, applications, résumés, advertisements responded to, and interviews attended.

Finally, the order mandates that the obligor notify the Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Division, and Clerk of Courts within seven days of any changes in address, employment, or income. Failure to comply with these requirements can result in enforcement actions such as wage garnishment or other legal remedies.

Lincoln 3Dot has yet to respond to the order. This is not the first time he has been at the centre of public attention over child support. In August Wilson shared online that Lincoln needed to pay US$40,000 in arrears, which she would have considered dismissing if he had contributed anything towards their daughter.

She claimed that he did not support their child despite a paternity test confirming that he is the father. In April 2024, Wilson posted documents online that showed a paternity test was conducted between Wyndsor Italia Richardson and Lincoln Steve Richardson and confirmed Lincoln to be the biological father.

Additionally, in 2024, Lincoln also addressed the paternity drama online. In a video, he expressed uncertainty about whether he fathered the child because Wilson had a boyfriend during their romantic involvement. According to the deejay, he told Wilson that he would accept responsibility for the child only after paternity was confirmed. He added that he was dumbstruck to discover that she had given the child his last name because he was not present at her birth.
