In what appears to be a new video, Jamaican YouTuber Julian “Chrissy” Carter opens up about her marriage with Cushane “CMR” Carter, days after his arrest. The video, which was shared on YouTube, shows Chrissy seated in a car while she candidly told her supporters about the burden she feels from shouldering the responsibility of caring for her husband, and now she wants to put an end to it.
Chrissy explains in the video that she is tired of playing that role, especially since she has her children to look after. She also expresses her frustration of being labelled “miserable” when she raises her concerns and states that everything was “just too much” to bear now.
Further in the video, she stated that she would prefer to be miserable and alone than to continue with her marriage, which is what some people are advising her to do. In fact, a friend of hers has been encouraging her to work on her marriage, but Chrissy explains that no one truly understands her struggles and firmly states that she has had enough.
She goes as far as declaring that she would like to move out of her and CMR’s marital home and start living a single life.
This video comes on the heels of CMR’s arrest on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation. Cushane Damiah Carter was arrested on November 2, 2024, in Orange County, Florida, and remains detained with a bond set at $7,500.

Chrissy and CMR are a popular YouTube couple known for their pranks and family vlogs. In 2023, the family was throned into an affair scandal after CMR’s mistresses popped up on social media, revealing his transgressions, which included financing his mistress with his wife’s money. One of his mistresses also spoke about getting pregnant and experiencing a miscarriage.
