American YouTuber and rapper DDG has claimed that actress Halle Bailey is preventing him from seeing his son, Halo. DDG made the shocking claims about their co-parenting situation in a vlog on March 7, which has gone viral. In the vlog, titled “She Won’t Let Me See My Son,” DDG frustratedly vented that he was only allowed to see his son when he and Halle were on good terms, but when they were at odds, Halle kept the 15-month-old child from him.
According to DDG, he feels like a “secondary parent” due to the constant issues he faces regarding seeing his son. He emphasised his desire to see his son whenever he felt like it and to be a part of Halo’s life. DDG claimed he has made every effort to spend time with his son, but Halle only allows minimal visitation that does not exceed 72 hours. He indicated that Halle has complete control over everything regarding his son, including matters regarding travel.
“If she wants to leave the country, I don’t get a say. I can’t say one word because she tells me she’s the primary parent. It’s not cool, bro,” he said.
DDG was allegedly denied to see his son on multiple occasions after driving for hours to Halle’s house. He claimed he recently went to visit the sick baby but was kicked out. While Halle did not respond to the accusation, it was confirmed that she and Halo are sick after she shared a video informing fans that she is taking a break from the internet because they are unwell.

DDG and Halle have been separated since October 2023. The Little Mermaid actress gave birth to their son in December 2023. Their co-parenting situation initially seemed amicable, but DDG claims that she has always been keeping Halo from him despite him always being there.
In the vlog, DDG also expresses that he is always given excuses regarding why he can’t see his son. He says the excuses have been ongoing since Halo’s birth. Rather than “sit in and cry about it,” he works. He also clarifies that his recent streams with women were just him working, but he does not “care about hanging around girls.”
“I want to be around my son, you feel me. But since I can’t, I’m obviously going to work. I’m not going to sit in the crib and cry about it,” he said.
According to DDG, he is now taking his co-parenting issues to the Internet because he has exhausted all other options. DDG also previewed a song telling Halle not to take his son.
