TikToker and OnlyFans creator Ivany Wright, her most recent ex-boyfriend Gezzo, and her other ex, King, were in an intense back-and-forth, with all three parties accusing each other of passing on a sexually transmitted infection, alleged to be chlamydia.
The drama played out across live streams on TikTok. During Gezzo’s live, he claimed that Ivany told him she was afraid to return to Jamaica because people allegedly wanted her dead. “They want your head; you’re scared,” he said while addressing viewers.
He strongly denied being responsible for any sexually transmitted infection and accused Ivany of lying about his name. “Don’t sit here and lie on my name and make it seem like I’m something I’m not. I didn’t give you nothing. You did that to me,” he said. He admitted to testing positive for the infection and got treated, but insisted she passed it on to him.
Gezzo went on to say that Ivany entered his life and continued begging him to return to her even after their breakup. He insisted that he was not interested in the online drama she was stirring up and described her as dirty, insecure, and dishonest. He also claimed that he was not someone who sleeps around and denied ever cheating, saying she was trying to create that impression.
According to him, they had unprotected sex because Ivany allegedly removed the condom herself. He further labelled her a “weird, manipulative liar” and criticised her for allegedly wanting to record him during intimate moments.
Ivany also addressed the matter on her own live stream and showed what she said were messages to support her version of events. She claimed Gezzo initially denied having an STI and later turned around and blamed her for giving it to him. Ivany said she has not seen any proof that Gezzo’s claim that he got it from her was true. She alleged that he became upset after she exposed him online for giving her the infection because he wanted to keep the matter private. According to Ivany, Gezzo knew he had the STI, received treatment, and deliberately kept it from her.
The situation escalated further when Ivany’s ex, King, whom she dated several months ago, entered the discussion. King stated that he tested negative for any sexually transmitted disease while they were together and denied being involved. All three parties then became locked in an intense online debate over who may have been the initial carrier. Ivany suggested that King could have been responsible, claiming he cheated on her during their relationship.
