Drezel Simmonds has broken her silence with a lengthy YouTube video aimed at clearing her name amid a wave of allegations made by her former partner, Chad Walker. Speaking calmly but firmly, Simmonds said the decision to go public did not come easily, but she felt forced to respond after claims began to threaten her reputation, safety, and livelihood.
At the start of the video, Simmonds made it clear that her intention was not to fuel gossip or online chaos. Instead, she said she wanted to address what she described as false statements being circulated about her. Using screenshots, audio recordings, and personal explanations, she walked viewers through a series of accusations and explained why she believes they were made to harm her image.
One of the first issues she tackled was the claim that she stole a chain belonging to Walker’s mother, which Walker spoke about as if it were his. Simmonds flatly denied the accusation, stating that she never borrowed, took, or possessed the chain at any point. She explained that when she moved out of the house they shared, she did so with police officers present. According to her account, officers were with her the entire time and confirmed that she did not take the item.
She also described an incident involving the chain’s matching bracelet, which she said was already in Walker’s mother’s possession. Simmonds indicated that his parents owned the jewellery and may have recovered it at the house because they wanted it back after seeing her in the bracelet. She said the chain went missing in late August and questioned why he would now publicly accuse her of stealing the chain after she had cut all contact.
“Mind you, this situation happened in August, the 30th of August, rolling over into the 1st of September…Why would you wait until now in December when I cut all contact with you to say that I stole your chain? In my gentle opinion, it is literally just to harm my reputation,” she stated.

Simmonds also addressed an earlier police report filed against her, in which Walker accused her of assault. She admitted that she bit him during a physical altercation, but said it was an act of self-defence after she was allegedly choked and prevented from leaving the house. She described the argument as escalating after she told Walker she wanted to end the relationship, claiming he hid her keys, threatened her life, and threatened to expose videos of her before he got physical.
“He grabbed me around my neck and I bit him, bite him on his hand…if you’re going to assault me I’m going to defend myself…He ran to the kitchen. He took up a knife and the knife dropped from him and it scraped me on my foot. And I took up that same knife and tried to cut the pocket of his pants,” she continued. She added she was never charged and stressed that a police report alone does not mean an accusation is true.
Another major concern raised in the video involved claims that she engaged in prostitution or escorting. Simmonds described these allegations as deeply disturbing and damaging. She played an audio recording to prove that Walker reportedly made the same claims in the past and then admitted he made those statements out of anger and acknowledged that they were untrue. In the recording, he apologised and spoke about needing therapy, while Simmonds pointed out that she had never degraded him despite conflict between them.
She also denied ever calling Walker gay, saying she had actually defended him in the past. According to Simmonds, a TikTok video she posted using a popular sound was misinterpreted. She hinted that she decided to post the video as an indication that men should not argue like women after weeks of being taunted by Walker. She said any labels being placed on him came from public speculation, not from her.

Simmonds further challenged claims that she was thrown out of their shared home. She stated that both of their names were on the lease and that she chose to leave for her own safety. She said she got the property for them to live in, and then she called the police, and they escorted her away when things got bad. She added that Chad shared a video of police watching while she collected her belongings to spin the narrative, making it seem like he kicked her out.
She also claimed that most of the furniture in the house belonged to her, and she left him with a mostly empty property. To support her account, she referenced recordings made during the move and messages showing Walker begging her to stay.

In another emotional moment, Simmonds addressed a circulating recording suggesting she jumped from a moving vehicle while her daughter was inside. She firmly denied this, explaining that she attempted to exit the car to remove her daughter after a Walker allegedly slammed the brakes during a disagreement. She said just as she was getting out, he reportedly drove off, causing her to fall. According to Simmonds, Chad was more concerned about what onlookers would think and lashed out at her to get up off the ground.
Closing the video, Simmonds said she was speaking not only for herself but for others facing similar situations. She encouraged viewers, especially women, to trust their instincts, set boundaries, and not remain silent when lies threaten their character.
