Controversial TikToker Ivany Wright is stirring the pot once again. This time, it’s her baby-centred content that has got some users on TikTok buzzing and igniting fresh backlash. The latest criticism stems from her attempt to seemingly instil in her son, Ice, that his biological father passed away, a lie that TikTok users believe is unsettling.
Ivany is known to share a bad history with her son’s father, who is widely known as Howie. The pair had a tumultuous relationship that included public spats online. When their relationship ended, Howie indicated that he would fight to get custody of his son. However, on multiple occasions, Ivany expressed that Howie does not financially support the toddler.
In a recent livestream, she fabricated a story about Howie dying while speaking to Ice. She told her son, who can barely enunciate his words clearly, that his father died in a car crash. She said Ice should tell anyone enquiring about his father at school that he passed away. She went on to repeat the words “Dada dead” to encourage Ice to mimic her.

Ivany previously claimed that her other partners had shown more support than Howie, including her current boyfriend, King, whom Ice recently addressed as “Daddy” on a previous live stream.
A screen recording of the live stream has garnered backlash from TikTok viewers. Many viewers were stunned by what they saw and heard. Some expressed that it was wrong of Ivany to speak negatively about Ice’s father, Howie, in front of the child.

One commenter claimed, “She will not allow that man to be a father without dating her,” while another added, “She’s becoming too much, and grown people support this.” Some even called for Child Protective Services to intervene, labelling her behaviour as manipulative and emotionally damaging.
One particularly fired-up viewer said, “CPS is taking too long to do what is right.” Others expressed sympathy for the child, calling the situation “sad” and “toxic”, with one user writing, “I really feel sorry for this child, believe me.”
