Social media has been buzzing after Likkle Addi, son of dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel, revealed that he is expecting twins, a post that quickly triggered a sharp response from his first baby mother.
The young entertainer shared a photo on social media showing him embracing a young woman, accompanied by the caption, “another #twins.” The announcement immediately caught attention, as Likkle Addi already shares a daughter, said to be about one year old, with a different woman.
Shortly after the post went live, his baby mother, who goes by the name Siida Imani on Instagram, appeared to react with a series of cryptic but pointed messages that many interpreted as shade directed at her child’s father.
In one post, she expressed that she has never cried over a man, nor has any ever dumped her, seemingly indicating she bolted from her relationship with Likkle Addi. “Mi never bawl to a boy yet or send them email… go Sym mr. tight ole and a boy never leff me either mi put mi foot inna mi hand and run,” She wrote.
In another, she added, “Not the frighten type and mi nuh kiss ass either anybody can get a Sym.”
In response to the posts, social media users attempted to dissect the message. Several commenters described Siida’s posts as a public “crash out,” suggesting that emotions may have gotten the better of her. Phrases like “Y crash out as the man announce his baby on the way?” and “It’s a crashout moment” appeared repeatedly.
Speculation also grew around the identity of the woman seen in the photo with Likkle Addi. Some social media users alleged that she is an ex-girlfriend with whom he reunited.
