Dancehall sensation Nigy Boy’s Dangerous music video surpassed over 100,000 views within 24 hours of its release. The infectious song was produced on the Down Riddim by producer DJ Mac. The single aligns with Nigy Boy’s popular anthem of being an irresistible lover-boy for the ladies. While Nigy continues to avoid obscenities in his songs, he subtly includes provocative lyrics about how he performs with the ladies.
In the first verse, the visually impaired singer urges the woman he is pursuing to stop doubting his bedroom abilities and allow him to prove himself. The second verse features him gushing over the woman’s butt and how she moves hypnotically when she dances.
“Yuh seh each cheek big like one planet. What a day when I rest my hands on it when you start shaking like a tambourine,” he says. “Balance for me, go up and down like a trampoline.”
In the chorus, he expresses his admiration for the woman’s big booty and welcomes her to demonstrate her skills, which he describes as dangerous.
The music video, directed by The9MileZone, captures Nigy Boy in the company of one woman. The scenes are shot at night, showing the couple in low, warm lights. In one scene, Nigy Boy is vibing on a beach chair while the female dances in a bikini. He also caresses her body in multiple shots and dances with her before eventually leaving with her at the end of the music video.
Fans have been praising the song on the streaming platform and also on Instagram. The music video has so far amassed over 16,000 likes on YouTube. In the comments, the song has been described as a “hit,” while many commended him for his smooth flow, clean dancehall music, and amazing vocals.
