An altercation at a fast food restaurant escalated into a fight between one of the restaurant’s employees and an irate customer. The incident was filmed, showing a belligerent customer reportedly arguing over getting the incorrect order at the pickup window. She can be heard arguing about customer satisfaction at the window and calling an employee a “b**tch,” while another employee inside the streetside restaurant gestures for her to hand over what seems to be her card.
The one she is apparently arguing with responds by saying, “B**ch your mama.” The woman throws the order through the window and continues to argue, telling them, “F**k you.”
She is confronted by one of the workers outside who orders her to pay for the food and leave, but the woman continues to argue. The worker hands her colleague her headset and phone to fight the woman, but the colleague holds her back. The video eventually cuts to show the woman falling to the ground as the restaurant employee’s colleague separates them.
The woman’s wig is noticeably on the ground, and a man tells her to “get in the goddamn car” when she retrieves it. The man, believed to be her partner, soon starts arguing with her about her doing “stupid-ass shit” and making him look bad.
After the video was shared on X on March 11, it amassed more than 986,000 views. The viewers have been mocking and criticising the woman. One viewer said, “I feel sorry for the harassment that some of these workers have to face when dealing with the public.
At the same time, when dealing with a customer, she should have just gotten someone else to serve her or declined service altogether, not gotten out to confront her to a fight.”
“The husband. I felt his pain deeeeep in my soul. Gives me chills,” another said.
