Dancehall icon Spice is taking the reins on her next musical chapter. On Wednesday afternoon, the 42-year-old artiste shared that her newly released single Eleven will be featured on an upcoming album titled Cyphers of the A Album, which she is independently producing.
The announcement was made via her official social media pages, where the entertainer, born Grace Latoya Hamilton, posted a behind-the-scenes video clip of herself involved in the album’s production process. “My new song #Eleven will be on ‘Cyphers of the A Album’ My independently produced Album Coming Soon,” she wrote in the caption.

No official release date was disclosed, but Spice hinted that fans will not have to wait long before the full project drops. The album will feature her cast members from the reality series Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. However, the album’s tracklist has not yet been unveiled.
Their creation of the album did not come without some complications, which were captured on the show. Conflicts between her and some of her castmates unfolded with accusations being hurled, putting Spice at the centre of a drama that led to her cast member Bambi being removed from the album. Her removal was confirmed by Spice, who dropped the bomb on her at a music video premiere. Bambi later took shots at Spice with a diss song, and Spice clapped back with the diss track Eleven.
The album marks Spice’s fifth official musical project, adding to a discography that already includes two studio albums and two EPs. On August 9, 2024, she dropped Mirror 25, which received praise for its personal themes and bold sound.
Spice made history as the first female solo dancehall artiste to be nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Reggae Album category for her 2021 debut album, 10, which was executive-produced by Shaggy. As a mother of two and a trailblazer in the dancehall space, Spice continues to expand her influence through both music and television.
