TikToker Annie has indicated that the leaked sex video dates back to when she was dancing on poles and living a promiscuous life to make money. She addressed the footage over the weekend, when she also took the time to push back against claims that she is pregnant by fellow content creator Yankee, while also showing off a protruding tummy.
Annie addressed the backlash surrounding the explicit video that Moon 10 broke the news on. She suggested that the footage, which shows her with an unidentified man, is not recent, claiming it dates back to a period in her life when she was struggling financially.
According to Annie, she had lived what she described as a “gogo” lifestyle at the time, dancing and starring in adult videos to provide for her children. She maintained that she is not ashamed of her past, despite criticism from online users.
She also called out what she sees as hypocrisy in the public’s reaction, pointing to the response to the leaked video involving Yankee. Annie argued that while many were comfortable sharing and discussing that footage, her situation has been met with harsher judgment because she is a woman.
In her posts, she lashed out at critics, suggesting that some of the backlash is coming from individuals who are being selective in their outrage.
Annie also took to social media to respond to the growing speculation about her pregnancy. Some viewers are still calling it a publicity stunt, while others are starting to believe, especially after she popped up with what appeared to be a protruding belly in her posts.
While she maintains that she is pregnant, she is now claiming Yankee is not the father of her child due to the controversy surrounding him that she claims is affecting her. According to TikTok, people were calling her and her alleged unborn children derogatory names and criticising her. Annie hinted that the constant commentary has become overwhelming and insisted she simply wants peace.
“I choose peace, mi choose myself…mi nuh pregnant fi no ‘finga boss’… I need you guys to leave me alone so mi can live a peaceful life like anybody else,” she said, while urging users to stop directing negativity toward her and her family.
