Following the circulation of a viral sex tape that initial allegations linked to Yankee, the TikToker is now hinting at possible legal action against those involved in spreading the video.
The controversy began after a short, edited clip made its way online, leading to widespread speculation about the identity of the black male featured in the footage. While the original source of the clip has not been publicly identified, it is understood that the video was first shared in a private group chat that included TikToker Jayden. Jayden later reshared it with the founder of Moon 10, where it was then posted as part of a report highlighting the circulating claims.
However, after the full version of the video surfaced, it became clear that Yankee was not the individual in the footage, a point that was later acknowledged in a follow-up report. This shift quickly changed the tone online, with many of Yankee’s supporters turning their attention to those who reportedly helped spread the initial allegations.
Criticism has since been directed at the founder of Moon 10, Jayden, and Annie, who had admitted to leaking an earlier explicit video involving Yankee. Social media users accused them of contributing to the damage caused by the false claims.
In response, Yankee suggested that he is not prepared to let the situation slide. He indicated that both Moon 10 and Jayden could face legal consequences for their roles in the video’s circulation.
Despite this, both parties appear unbothered by the threat of legal action. Moon 10 dismissed the possibility of a lawsuit, expressing confidence that it would not lead to any serious outcome. Although he had clarified that Yankee was not in the video, requests from some viewers for the original post to be removed and for an apology to be issued have been ignored.
Jayden, on the other hand, denied being the source of the leak, stating that he only reshared what had already been circulating. He also sparked further debate with comments suggesting that if someone is secretly homosexual, they should not interact with him.
Fellow content creator Dyema called him out, pointing to his interactions with other openly gay individuals. In response, Jayden appeared to clarify that he takes issue with people who are not open about their sexuality, rather than those who are public about it.
Meanwhile, another TikToker, Figure It Out (FIO), said he connected Yankee to a lawyer and claimed Yankee has already begun communicating with legal representatives regarding the matter.
