TikToker Rosealee’s allegations about Jakes raping her or one of her sisters are being contested by multiple Seaview Gardens residents. Now, compromising photographs and videos have been released implicating Rosealee and her family in disturbing encounters.
Rosealee had publicly alleged that her former partner, Jakes, along with another individual, sexually assaulted her then-14-year-old sister, Lamarsha. According to Rosealee, the incident formed part of what she described as an orgy involving members of her family, including her mother, Lavern, and an aunt.
Rosealee maintained that upon learning of the alleged incident, she took Lamarsha to the police to report the matter. She further claimed that the second man involved fled Seaview Gardens before authorities could apprehend him, asserting that both he and Jakes would have been arrested had he remained in the community.
However, these claims have been strongly disputed by Jakes and several Seaview Gardens residents. Community members have rejected the assertion that Jakes was involved, instead alleging that only one man, identified as Miguel, was connected to the reported acts. Residents say Miguel left the area after the situation became public and police were alerted.
Accounts from the community indicate that Miguel was eventually killed in Spanish Town. Residents claim the killing was unrelated to the rape allegations and stemmed from an accusation of theft. Further complicating the narrative, some residents have challenged Rosealee’s account, alleging that she did not accompany her sister to the police station.
They also claim that Rosealee herself was involved in the activities she has since described publicly. According to these residents, the individuals alleged to have participated in the encounters included Miguel, Lavern, Miguel’s baby mother, referred to as the aunt, and Rosealee.
Material circulating has now deepened the allegations. A video reportedly shows Miguel at his home, with Rosealee and Lamarsha present, while he is dressed in a towel. The footage shows Rosealee and her sister sitting on his bed, while Miguel appears to intimately touch Rosealee.
