After Rosealee alleged that Jakes raped her sister, Seaview Gardens residents have pushed back, claiming that another man named Miguel was the sole participant and that Rosealee herself was aware of it. A resident known as Bhadbreed or Mutta on TikTok said she confronted Miguel about the incident, warning Miguel that he could face imprisonment after Lamarsha was reportedly taken to the police following the exposure of the matter.
According to the resident, Miguel subsequently left the area with his child’s mother. She also claimed that residents had urged police to arrest Lavern over her alleged involvement, but no such action was taken.
Additionally, a photograph was released of two females, partially naked, on a bed in what appeared to be Miguel’s bedroom. One of the females is reported to be Miguel’s babymother and the other is alleged to Rosealee’s sister, Lamarsha.
Some time after his departure from there, Miguel returned briefly to Seaview Gardens and was photographed with Lamarsha. The image was allegedly shared online with a caption suggesting that Lamarsha’s report had caused him to leave the area, yet they were later hanging out together.
Another video has reportedly surfaced that residents claim shows Miguel engaging in sexual activity involving Lamarsha while Lavern was present and also interacting intimately with him.
The situation has also drawn attention to a prior incident in 2024 involving Rosealee and her youngest sister, who is around 10 years old. During a TikTok livestream, Rosealee had confronted the child after accusing her of communicating with men online. Rosealee could be heard beating her sister off-camera as she stressed that she is a child and should not be having sexual conversations with a man. The audio from the stream captured the child crying during the confrontation.
Mutta, the youngest sister, told her Lavern had provided her with a phone to communicate with a man for monetary benefit. Similar claims were made regarding Lamarsha, with Mutta claiming that Lavern had encouraged Lamarsha to become involved with Miguel in exchange for financial support because Miguel was making decent money by performing tiling work.
