At a glance, you might not realise, but at close inspection, viewers were able to spot the inappropriate behaviour. In the clip, the male appears to have one of his hands up the female’s short jeans skirt, which she wore with a white top.
The footage is only 32 seconds long and was captured by another patron seated behind them who apparently posted it on social media. Throughout the video, their backs are to the camera, so their faces are not captured. Though their identities remain unknown, it is clear that they are young.
