Following the viral altercation between TikToker Rosealee and a young woman known online as Blessin at the RIU hotel, a woman is now threatening to take legal action on behalf of a bystander who was reportedly injured during the fight.
The woman claiming to be the mother of the injured guest went live on TikTok, stating that her daughter was an innocent spectator caught in the chaos. She revealed that the young woman was seated nearby when the two Rosealee and Blessin fell during the scuffle, allegedly causing a table to flip and strike her daughter’s ankle.
It is said that the injury has left her daughter unable to walk. While the daughter is still undecided about pressing charges, the mother made her intentions clear, stating, “All mi want a compensation and people take responsibility, that’s it.” She also confirmed that she is seeking legal advice and intends to pursue action if accountability is not taken.
Rumours began circulating online suggesting that the woman was Blessin’s mother. However, those claims were quickly addressed by someone who reached out to the popular Instagram page Pinkwall to set the record straight.
The message clarified that the injured girl was not involved in the fight and has no relation to the TikToker or Blessin. The individual explained that the injured guest was relaxing after having dinner when the fight broke out where she was seated. The statement added that the injury is severe and medical bills are rising, but the hotel allegedly stated they are not liable.
The mother reportedly turned to social media after being advised by the police to press charges. The commenter shared that the woman’s daughter was in shock and hesitant to take legal action immediately, hoping instead that the matter could be resolved amicably. However, she received no response from the ladies involved, and only Rosealee had remained at the hotel at the time. This prompted the mother to now seek public support to cover medical costs.
Meanwhile, both Rosealee and Blessin have separately shared their versions of events, each claiming they were provoked. However, they have not addressed the statements made by the mother.
