Rapper POORSTACY committed suicide in front of his baby mother and toddler in Florida. The 26-year-old rapper was at the Boca Raton hotel with his family when the incident happened.
Reports say that POORSTACY, whose legal name is Carlito Milfort, had been staying at Boca Raton with the woman and child for about ten days, according to a hotel worker.
Officials say that during the days leading up to his suicide, it is alleged that the young woman and, possibly, the rapper were using drugs in the presence of the toddler. Then on November 29, the entertainer put a gun to his head and shot himself in front of his family.
That same day, police took the mother into custody for her alleged involvement in the drugs. Authorities have since charged her with child neglect and cited drug use in their report.

According to the legal name TMZ, POORSTACY, the rapper, still showed signs of life after suffering a head injury. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was admitted and placed on life support for two days before he ultimately passed away on December 1, as confirmed by the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner.
A person staying next door captured images of the taped-off walkway and children’s toys left on the ground outside. The photos, released by TMZ, also show cluttered countertops and scattered belongings.

Friends and followers online had already been worried about him. In previous livestreams, POORSTACY had spoken candidly about emotional struggles, saying he felt he had “lost everything” because of an unidentified woman. The situation affected him so much that he said he considered ending his life, which prompted him to check himself into a mental health facility.
POORSTACY hails from Palm Beach and had a rising career, which blended emo rap, punk rock, and alternative influences. He has worked with producer Travis Barker, including multiple collaborations. His most successful work with Barker is Choose Life. His greatest accomplishment was a feature on the Grammy-nominated soundtrack of the Bill & Ted Face the Music movie.
