Social media influencer Drezel Simmonds has fanned the flames of another drama with a different ex while attempting to extinguish the allegations spread by Chad Walker. Her newly released tell-all video mentioned her ex-boyfriend Jerome, indicating he stole her travel business. These claims did not sit well with him and his current girlfriend, prompting them to publicly push back against the allegations.
In her lengthy exposé, Drezel spoke broadly about being mistreated in past relationships and business dealings. While reflecting on her experiences, she stated that she had been “a victim” on several occasions and alleged that a travel business connected to her former partner was taken from her.
In the video, she said, “I was a victim, and I’ve been a victims of people over the years, and I said nothing. I was a victim of my ex. I was a victim of my ex-fiancé, I was a victim of the same travel agent that I hear people talking about. That business was my business, and I chose to leave it alone when it was stolen from me.”
Her comments quickly drew a response from Jerome’s current girlfriend, who goes by the name Shov online. In a strongly worded Instagram post, Shov rejected the claim that the business had been stolen. She argued that Drezel willingly left the business behind when it was struggling and suggested that its later growth was the result of Jerome’s efforts, not Drezel’s involvement. Shov praised her partner as a dedicated entrepreneur and accused Drezel of trying to reshape the narrative to suit her image. She also questioned why Drezel was revisiting the issue years later and urged her to stop mentioning Jerome publicly.
Jerome also addressed the matter himself, also through Instagram. In his post, he dismissed Drezel’s claims. He indicated that there were documents showing the business registered in his name and at his address. He expressed frustration at being mentioned in a video that he felt had nothing to do with him, pointing out that he had not publicly spoken about Drezel in the three years since their relationship ended. Jerome suggested that her comments were driven by bitterness and insisted that people could see through what he described as “mind games”.
Shov continued to defend her partner in additional posts, saying she would stand firmly behind him and accusing Drezel of attempting to damage his reputation while associating herself with his current success. She maintained that Jerome had avoided public drama and said she would not allow his name to be tarnished.
The dispute follows Drezel’s earlier decision to break her silence in a detailed YouTube video addressing allegations about theft, prostitution, being kicked out, and more. The claims were made by her former partner, Chad Walker. However, she opened up a new can of worms while doing so.
