Rumours circulating on social media suggest that Jamaican content creator Blamdem may currently be in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. However, authorities have not publicly confirmed the details surrounding the alleged detention.
The claims began spreading across TikTok and other online platforms on Friday afternoon. Since then, Jamaican vlogger KingMixUp reported that Blamdem’s information appears to be listed in an ICE database.
According to the vlogger, the listing reportedly confirms that a Jamaican national named Damarico Ricardo Smith is currently in immigration custody. However, the database entry does not state the reason for the detention and does not identify the facility where the individual is being held.
Adding to the speculation, fellow TikTok creator Blinga said that while she does not yet have full details about the situation, she heard that the social media figure was arrested in Atlanta.

As news of the alleged detention spread online, the situation quickly fueled widespread speculation among followers and critics of the controversial content creator.
Some social media users believe the incident may be connected to Blamdem’s recent and highly publicised fallout with his former girlfriend Bianca. Their dispute unfolded publicly across social media over several days, during which Bianca accused him of stealing money from her home and exposed his real identity. During the heated exchanges, she also released an explicit video of him in the bathroom.
Others online have speculated that the rumoured arrest could be related to suspicious activities Blamdem previously displayed on social media, although no evidence has surfaced to support those claims.
Meanwhile, some observers believe that if the rumours are true, the alleged detention could create concern among certain online personalities. Blamdem is believed by some to possess sensitive information about several fellow content creators.
The allegations have also sparked a sharp response from TikTok personality Jabass. During a livestream, he expressed satisfaction at the possibility that Blamdem may be detained.
He recalled that the influencer repeatedly disrespected others on social media, including making offensive remarks about his mother. He also alleged that Blamdem had issued threats toward TikTokers Pops YG and Mr Bucktoe.
According to Jabass, many people within the online community have grown tired of what he described as Blamdem’s “nonsense”. He suggested that if the reports of detention are accurate, the situation may serve as a lesson for the influencer.
