Dancehall artiste Stalk Ashley and her manager Jaxx have vehemently denied the claims made by a mother who recently went viral in a TikTok video. In the video, the mother made several damaging allegations against the two, accusing them of drugging her 19-year-old daughter, BadSkyla, and influencing her to participate in an orgy, have an abortion, and end her relationship with her boyfriend.
The mother alleged that all of these negatively impacted her daughter’s mental health, prompting her to seek professional help. The allegations raised concerns among social media users, but in a lengthy Cardinal Law-written release, the pair have called the claims “false, defamatory, and without factual foundation.”
The statement also warned the public about resharing the video, indicating that legal action may be taken against those who participate in spreading the damaging content.
According to the statement, the matter is being discussed by legal counsel, and it has been formally reported to the Jamaica Constabulary Force. The law firm also noted that the viral video may have breached the Cybercrimes Act.
The accused, Stalk Ashley and Jaxx, are also exploring “all legal remedies that are available”, such as options available through the Supreme Court of Jamaica. They intend to “protect their names, reputations, and professional integrity” through all the appropriate and lawful means. It also said that they will not give in to false public accusations or attempts to gain from unproven claims.
Further on, it stated that despite everything, they want to keep things respectful and private for everyone involved. It also expressed hope that those who need support would get it through the right channels.
It was also revealed that the mother removed the viral video from her TikTok page, Sparke Enterprise 101. Several other posts featuring her daughter were also removed. The mother issued a public apology in a new video, which was shared on her platform.
In the short TikTok video, she said she reacted that way because she is a mother first. According to the woman, she felt hurt upon seeing her daughter’s poor state and after hearing her allegations. “My sincere apology. I am now getting the understanding that she was not forced; she did what she did on her own,” she said. She added that her daughter’s mental health issues apparently caused her to make the allegations. “My sincere apologies to you, and whatever situation I have caused, I am sorry.”

Following the apology video, the mother shared a photo of herself smiling on TikTok and attached the song Still (The Prayer) by Da Flame featuring Glamour Wayne, asking God to keep her safe and protect her during this perilous time. A post before the apology video also informed her viewers that she would not speak about the issue anymore and urged them to respect her wishes.
